Working with Home Owners Associations, we can craft an EDP that allows a cooperative effort among homeowners looking to lessen their carbon footprint more affordably, by working together.

We offer most of our Green Leases to HOAs.  Often, only certain houses in a community are applicable for solar development, for example, but by teaming up with neighbors, the PV leasing becomes very affordable.
